Earrings

Earrings are crafted with polymer clay, resin, and stainless steel. All materials are durable and clean easily to encourage long lasting wear.

Embroidery

All embroidery is done with DMC 100% cotton embroidery floss. Most clothing is sourced second-hand to reduce the environmental impact as much as possible.

Earring care

Earrings should be gently washed with mild soap, or wiped lightly with dampened towel. Make sure to dry completely. If possible to detach from hoop, it is best to do so before cleaning.

DO NOT use alcohol to clean earrings finished in resin; it will degrade the resin and will render sticky.

Embroidery care

Hand washing with mild soap is preferable, but a gentler cycle in the machine will be ok. To avoid color bleeding, do not use hot water. Tumble dry low.

Iron-on-patches should be glued using the non-steam setting on the iron. Steam only irons will not be hot enough to properly glue the adhesive onto the fabric. Patches should ideally be ironed on infrequently machine washed items, like a jacket or tote bag.

Processing times vary from product to product, please find details in the description of each item. Processing time does not include shipping time.

Custom orders usually take at least two weeks to make and process. Please let me know if there is a specific date you need/want the order delivered and I will do my best to accommodate.

I am not liable for processing time at the post office or shipping delivery times. Once the package is sent, it is unfortunately out of my hands and am not responsible for any issues that arise, including delays, lost, or stolen items etc. I cannot refund or replace these items.

To limit the environmental impact, orders will be shipped using reused and recyclable packaging when possible.

All pieces are handmade and may have small imperfections, such as tiny bubbles, or slight variances in color, that will not affect the aesthetic appeal of the product.

Returns are accepted on EU orders up to 14 days within reception. If the article arrives damaged or broken, please contact the seller to ask for a replacement.

The buyer is responsible for return postage.

If items have been damaged in transit, please email uncerisierenfleurs@gmail.com. Orders placed outside the EU have 7 days to request a return/refund.

Return postage cost is the responsibility of the buyer.

Custom orders are not eligible for return due to their personal nature.

Orders shipping to outside the EU may be subject to custom fees upon delivery. The buyer is responsible for these fees.
